CONSUMER COMPLAINTS WEBSITE

Disgruntled consumers in China can now register complaints through a new website. The site is maintained by the China Consumers' Association (CCA) and eNet China.

In addition to complaints, the site also includes advice on what to do if you end up with fake or low-quality goods; product/brand-name reviews; a chat forum for consumers and manufacturers; and information on new products, consumer protection laws and regulations.
